Sinnenas SPA

- a health spa catering for all the senses

Ästad Manor is the perfect way to get some well deserved rest and relaxation in the middle of the peaceful countryside. Feast on the calm and let your senses enjoy, reviving your inner self at the sensuous, magnificent and inspiring health spa; enjoying the large variety of saunas, including wood-heated, steam and tropical saunas. You can also take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear waters or a soothing soak in a warm wooden bath tub or massage bath. The water at our spa paradise comes directly from our own underground source and provides wonderfully pure and refreshing water fit for both drinking and bathing.

Inspiring Conferences and Meetings

Ästad Gård has a calm and relaxing atmosphere yet exotic and inspiring environment for conferences and meetings. We not only provide out-of-the-ordinary settings such as sauna and bathing environments, but also more traditional conference settings; regardless of choice, you can experience it all at the Manor, with all activities on the door step: conference rooms, accommodation, team-building, food, entertainment, even exciting lectures. And on top of all, there is plenty of fresh air and nearness to nature. We have intimate conference rooms for smaller groups, and larger ones that can accommodate large parties of up 100 people. Extraordinary Activities

Ästad Gård is the place to enjoy life. It has many outdoor activities, one particularly popular one being rainbow salmon fishing in the lake adjacent to the spa. We are also proud to invite you to partake in the popular team-building exercise “Prisoners at the Manor” where various teams compete at challenging, cleverly constructed activities. We challenge you in agility, strength, balance, daring, cooperation and intelligence. We can also arrange clay pigeon shooting or guided excursions with horse and cart in the beautiful nature surrounding Ästad Manor.

Living on a Farm

– A home for all in the country

Ästad Gård has friendly and cosy accommodation in a relaxing environment in close proximity to nature. We have accommodation for around one hundred people; there are two large self-contained cottages for big parties, as well as small cabins and hotel rooms. Most of our rooms are of high hotel standard, though we are also able to offer slightly simpler sleeping arrangements. All accommodation is in near proximity to the Manor and its restaurant and conference rooms. For adventurous guests we are also able to offer out-of-the-ordinary accommodation such as military tents.

Wining and Dining

Our fully licensed restaurant at Ästad Gård serves high quality gourmet food for all occasions. We pay great attention to the raw materials and take great care of how it is prepared, offering delicate gourmet dishes using ecologically produced raw materials from nearby farms. As is traditional in the country, we also ensure that you are completely satisfied when you leave the table. We organise entertainment, whether during dinner or for late night dancing. We also serve coffee, snacks or simpler dishes from our bar and spa menu.
